Refunds for EntryAssist Applications
Full Refund Eligibility
You’ll receive a 100% refund if your application has not yet been reviewed by our team. Eligible statuses:
- Incomplete
- Received
Partial Refunds
If your application has already been reviewed, you may receive a 75% partial refund. Statuses include:
- Reviewed
- Info Needed
hen Refunds Aren’t Available
Refunds cannot be issued after your application has been submitted to the government:
- Waiting on Gov
- Complete
- Rejected by Gov
If the government rejects your application, refunds are only available if you purchased Refused Application Protection.
Refunds for Appointment-Required Visas
Full Refunds
You’re eligible for a 100% refund if your application is still under internal review:
- Incomplete
- Received
- Info Needed
Partial Refunds
You may receive a 50% refund if:
- Your application has been sent to an EntryAssist partner
- The partner has already begun processing
No Refunds
Refunds are not available once:
- You’ve received the final draft of your application
- ️ Your application has been submitted or an appointment has been scheduled
Refunds for Passport Renewals
Full Refunds
A 100% refund is available if your renewal package has not yet been:
- Shipped to you
- Sent to a partner
- ️ Submitted to the government
Eligible statuses include:
- Incomplete
- In Progress
- Info Needed
- Prepare for Shipping
No Refunds
Refunds cannot be provided once your renewal reaches a later stage, such as:
- Shipped to Customer
- With Partner
- ️ Waiting on Gov
- Order Complete
If the government rejects your renewal, a refund is only possible if they return the official fee.
Important Notes
- Refunds are processed within 3 business days
- Banks may take up to 14 days to display the funds
- Orders older than 3 months are not eligible
- ️ Once submitted to the government, applications cannot be refunded
